The current vayla.io deployment is a public preview. It does not require account registration or wallet connection. This policy explains the limited data that may be processed when you browse the site, change cookie preferences, or voluntarily contact the project.
2. Information We Collect
Wallet data: the current website does not provide wallet connection or request a wallet address.
Device & log data: hosting, analytics, or security providers may process standard request metadata according to their own configuration and policies.

Voluntary data: any information you submit in a form (e.g. creator application, bug report, support email).
3. How We Use Information
To operate, maintain, and improve the Services. To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats. To respond to your inquiries. To comply with legal obligations.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share limited data with service providers (RPC node operators, hosting, analytics) under contracts that require confidentiality and limited purpose. We may disclose data in response to lawful requests.
5. International Transfers
Data may be processed in the United States, the European Union, or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. We use standard contractual clauses where required.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to opt out of certain processing. Submit requests to privacy@vayla.xyz. We respond within 30 days.
7. Children
The Services are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact privacy@vayla.xyz and we will delete it.
8. Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, access controls, and quarterly reviews. No method of transmission or storage is 100 percent secure.
